Amy Melone

Founder. Cincinnati, Ohio. Engagements run remotely across the United States.

Caladium exists because an approved strategy and an initiated portfolio do not, by themselves, become work a team can run. The instinct is to add a person to track the slip. The cause is almost always structural: an unowned decision, an invisible handoff, a status process that reports comfort instead of reality.

Amy works that layer. She documents how the work actually happens, including the disagreement about how it should happen, until the team owns one model. Then the dependencies, the plan, and a cadence leadership can act on.

How Caladium works

Diagnose before prescribing

The presenting complaint is rarely the constraint. We find out what is true before recommending spend.

Remove process, don't add it

Struggling organizations are usually over-processed. Less, followed properly, beats more, ignored.

Build for handoff

Every deliverable is designed to be owned by your team. Consultant dependency is a failure mode.

Say the uncomfortable thing

Interviews surface what leadership has not heard. Reporting it accurately is the value of an outside perspective.
