A second contract is the proof.

These are engagements where the system was the problem. The teams were already working. What changed was the translation between an approved plan and the work itself. Clients are described by industry, not by name.

A second contract, awarded because the first one held

The situation

A new product platform had to get through its final Qualifying Run and stay on track for commercial launch. A 13-member engineering team did not yet have one operating model they all owned.

What we did

Documented how the work actually happened, including the disagreement, until the team agreed on one model. Mapped dependencies across internal groups and external vendors. Built the schedules and a master plan. Ran a cadence and reported risks, variances, and recovery actions.

The outcome

Readiness for the Qualifying Run was delivered on time. The platform launched on schedule in May 2025. It was the first new product platform released from that product line in eight years. A second contract, on a different product organization, was awarded because of that result. Those launches stayed tracking to committed dates during the engagement. That is not a claim that they shipped in that window.
