The more specific you are about what is stuck, the more useful the first conversation will be.
- A reply within one business day
- A short, direct conversation, not a pitch deck

The questions people ask first
How is this different from hiring a project manager?
A project manager works inside the system you already have and pushes a specific piece of work forward. Caladium changes the translation between an approved strategy and the work itself. If dates slip because the teams never received something they can execute, another person tracking the slip documents the problem. It does not fix the handoff.
Why do you insist on starting with a diagnostic?
The presenting complaint is rarely the constraint. Teams ask for a tool, a process, or a hire when the real issue is an unowned decision or an invisible handoff. A free conversation first, then a fixed-scope diagnostic, means you spend a known amount to find out what is true before buying a Tune Up, Stabilize, or Transform.
What does an engagement cost?
The consultation is free. The diagnostic is a fixed scope, quoted after that call and before it starts. Tune Ups, Stabilize, and Transform are priced from what the diagnostic finds, not from a package chosen in advance.
How long before we see results?
The consultation is one conversation. The diagnostic is dated in the quote before it starts, and it ends with findings and a recommended path. Tune Ups are the shortest of the three. The longer paths are sized to what the diagnostic actually found, not to a timeline promised before anyone has looked.
